How do supervised visitations work for children? A father has supervised visitation of his daughter by court order. He is very good with children. Is the father allow to take pictures of his daughter with a digital camera, Yes or No. Can the father give his daughter lots of hugs and kissis or effection Yes or No? Who pays for this? Can supervise visitation, also be that the mother is the only want that supervises the visitations Yes or No?
A father or mother would have someone else in the room with them. Usually there is no cost because a friend or family does it
if there is cost the person that has to have supervision pays.
