How many child minders are required per children when working in a childrens care home?
A friend of mine works in a childrens home for vunerable children, she would like to know how many carers there should be fper child/children as she is worried that she has too many in her care. i would be gratefull if you could answer with any links, many thanks.
they are not child minders and it all depends on each childs individual risk assessment,,or at least it should be.
