How many children can an unregistered babysitter have in Texas?
I asked this a while back but didnt get many responses. I am asking again bc I post services on craiglist and some people seem to be having a confrontation on there about how many children you can have unregistered.
I have been told I can have 3-4 unregistered, but now I see people saying that you must be registered no matter what. So is this true?

Registration is your best bet, in case of incident and lawsuits to follow. God, it’s not as though it’s that much effort. Keep it clean and legal– Texas has the highest execution rate for a reason.
In other words, do the paperwork or your ass is getting fried.
