Amen!!!Amen!!! I always can fell God’s presence when I watch this video. I too dealt with the some of the same issues as Michael. I am so thankful for second chances. I give God all the glory.

The devil has used many tactics trying to defeat Michael. Such a talented man, so humble to show his broken hearted state to everyone. So willing to let any and everyone who would Lift him up to God, for him to find the PEACE THAT PASSETH ALL UNDERSTANDING. By God’s grace, WE WILL NEVER LOSE IT!!

This is exactly how the church is supposed to be–loving and forgiving one another, as Jesus loved and forgave all of us.
I agree but also she looked at Michael like a son where he sang with the Happy Goodmans for a while. I have a feeling they were praying together. No matter how many times I watch this video, it always stirs in me. You can tell the holy spirit was in that place that night for sure!
that moment at the end with vestal is a moment i will forever cherish because that is the beauty of the queen of gospel music. that was like saying welcome back michael, we love you.
This is a good reminder that God is the God of the second chance. No matter how bad we think we are, His love and mercy endureth.

Vestal was his praying mother like my mom was never stopped praying for us we love Michael and when our praying mothers leave us we have to be strong for our children and keep praying for them

everytime iwatch it and i still cry . i am very emotional my husband same way.
I remember watching it there and there were no dry tears and even i watching again now i still cry.
I came acrosa this video on tv several years ago before tvo. Thia song and the message is timeless. May God continue to work in Michael’s life. He has certainly blessed mine with his continued faithful witnesa.
The first time I saw this I cried. I didn’t know who Michael English was and had never heard this song before, but the emotion in his voice touched me.
