You could have crackers and grape juice like the last supper with the twelve deciples. You can have a student help Jesus carry the cross and another offer him water. You may want to have a group of kids who are the believers weeping or being sad also. Have the other two men on the crosses one who mocks Jesus and the other who acknowledges Him.
