It’s not just Uganda. Its Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Suda, Chad. With the Chinese gaining interest in Afria’s recources as well, regardless of who if in charge of a nation, or what his policies are, I only see more military dictators, civil wars and genocides coming.
Watch “Invisible Children” part 1-6. It’s about kinds in Uganda. It broke my heart and opened my eyes.
