What is the best children charity to sponser?

I would like to sponser a children charity that actually makes a difference but I don’t have time to research. can someone tell me of a good organization you are a part of or you would suggest. Something you personally know about.

    There are many worthwhile Children’s charities,
    Saint Jude Children’s Hospital comes to mind.
    I’m just starting to volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, it’s a great cause.
